Omega-3 fatty acids are found in salmon, nuts, chia seeds, and flax seeds.
Quit smoking: If there was ever a vice that destroyed the hair smoking is most definitely it! If you talk to anyone who has ever quit smoking they will tell you that among the benefits they received, healthier hair was one of the most noticeable.
